1. May is Celiac Awareness month. I thought this challenge would be a great way to lead up to this month of awareness.
2. I'm always looking for new ideas, and topics to write about. The writer's challenge provides me with daily prompts that are full of creative ideas, and will allow me to stretch my writing abilities.
As I look at some of the prompts, ideas immediately came to mind, while others are more challenging. To help me complete this challenge, I have pre-wrote some posts on the days that I know I will be busy. I am trying to keep with the prompts that are provided, but depending on what inspires me, I may bend from the prompts a little. Here are the rules of the challenge:
1. Write something every day of April. Note: You don’t have to use our Prompts (remember that those are fun suggestions) but you should try to post something every day.
2. You have 2 “Get Out Of Post Free” days if you need – so use them wisely.
3. Share your posts with us and with fellow posters. ( Twitter: #HAWMC)
4. Have fun and be creative!

April is looking like a really fun and busy month. On top of the writer's challenge and school, I am excited to be attending Nourished and the Gluten-Free Allergen-Free Expo in Chicago, and at the end of the month I will be celebrating my birthday!
Will you be joining me in the "Health Activist Writers Challenge"? Stay tuned for my first post of the challenge on Sunday! Hope you have a great Friday.
