Resources For GF College Students!

I love the first of the month because it means I have a newsletter from the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness sitting in my inbox! This month the NFCA's newsletter focuses on topics such as gluten-free camps, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, gluten-free easter candy, and gluten-free in college.

The NFCA's website is full of so many resources, and now they are working on expanding those resources for college students!  Leading up to their unveiling of a special edition digital magazine in the month of March, the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness will be running a "gluten-free college series," which is sponsored by Kettle Cuisine. This series will focus on the challenges and victories of living gluten-free at college and when starting out in the 'real' world. The special part of the series is the staff has asked 8 gluten-free bloggers who are in college or recently graduated to share their experience. I am happy to announce that I am one of the eight bloggers that will be featured in this series, and am excited for my piece to be released later this month!

Learn more about the NFCA's college series today, and be sure to subscribe to the NFCA's monthly newsletter
