My first thought: There is no way that I can miss a post, I have been on a roll and am loving the challenge, however, I have to make this post quick because I have a ton of reading to get done. (Please remind me why I decided to start grad school during my senior year?!)
It will get done, deep breaths, It always gets done.
Not only will it be my first time visiting the "windy city," but this weekend I will get to experience my first gluten-free vender fair. My mom has gone to the Suffolk County Vender Fair and says it's going to be like you are trick-or-treating, only you can eat everything (well almost everything, because I am also dairy-free)! AHHHHHH I can't wait! I'm so excited.
In addition to attending the gluten free/allergen free expo, I will also be attending the Nourished Food blogger conference. Since the conference starts at 10AM I am praying that there will be no delays! Once again this is a first for me. It's weird, every time I think about it, I can't believe I'm going! I have only really been blogging for a year, so I am excited to meet other bloggers that have more experience then I do and am positive it will be a great learning experience.
I am so excited to spend the weekend with my parents, meet new people, and try new foods. I'm also thrilled I will not really have to worry about the food situation! Oh how nice that will be...
Ok, I have to get back to homework. Can't wait to tell you all about the new products that I find at the expo. I am sure I will be updating my Facebook page and tweeting all weekend. Enjoy the rest of your Thursday!
